CETCO VOLSEAL® 200 is a single-component, surface-applied waterproofing system designed to protect and seal concrete in-depth through a process of crystallisation. Supplied as a grey powder in 25kg tubs, VOLSEAL 200 is composed of Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand, and active chemical compounds.
When mixed with clean water and applied to prepared concrete surfaces, the active chemicals penetrate into the capillary tracts, reacting with free lime and moisture to form insoluble crystalline complexes. These crystals block pores and hairline shrinkage cracks, preventing water ingress—even under hydrostatic pressure.
