Two-component flexible cementitious waterproof coating with crack-bridging properties for concrete, masonry, and brickwork.
CETCO VOLSEAL® 250 is a highly elastic, two-component cementitious waterproof coating designed to provide a durable, impervious, and elastomeric barrier with crack-bridging capabilities up to 0.8 mm. Supplied as Part A powder (25 kg) and Part B liquid polymer (10 kg), VOLSEAL 250 combines cement-based binders, graded aggregates, and acrylic polymers to deliver exceptional adhesion to concrete, masonry block, and brickwork—even on green concrete.
Once cured, VOLSEAL 250 forms a seamless waterproof layer capable of withstanding negative hydrostatic pressure, making it ideal for internal waterproofing of reinforced concrete and masonry structures.
Typical Applications:
- Lift pits and tanks
- Existing cellars and basements
- Below-ground walls subject to negative-side water pressure
- Masonry block and brickwork waterproofing

- Strong Adhesion – Bonds to concrete, masonry, and brick surfaces
- Negative-Side Waterproofing – Effective where water pressure is applied from the inside
- Easy Two-Coat Application – Brush or roller applied for uniform coverage
- Compatible with Green Concrete – Can be applied before full curing
Limitations:
- Not suitable for plaza/podium decks, green roofs, or positive hydrostatic pressure
- Not for use on bitumen or asphalt surfaces
- Apply between +5 °C and +40 °C only
