Cetco Voltex is a proven bentonite-geotextile waterproofing membrane designed for both vertical and horizontal foundation surfaces. Supplied in a 1.1m x 5m roll, it incorporates Volclay sodium bentonite, which swells and self-seals upon contact with water, forming a durable, monolithic barrier against water ingress.
The membrane’s self-healing capabilities allow it to seal small cracks and create watertight seams, providing effective protection even under continuous or intermittent hydrostatic pressure, tested up to 70 metres. Its composite design delivers a strong mechanical bond to poured concrete and removes the need for concrete underblinding, making installation faster and more reliable.
Cetco Voltex can be installed in almost any weather condition — including freezing and damp environments — and adheres without the need for primers or adhesives. It is suitable for green concrete and effective in both vertical and horizontal applications such as backfilled walls and property-line foundations.
